SUMMER 2010 REGISTRATION

Thank you for your interest in The Hathaway School. We are now accepting applications for our summer school program for children in PreK through grade 6. The program is open June 21 - September 3, 2010 from 7:30am - 5:30pm. Scheduling time frames are flexible but require pre-registration. Unlike other summer programs, our tuition is all inclusive (meals and fieldtrips).
Tuition is due twice a month in advance for the following two weeks. Tuition is not attendance specific, i.e. absences and holidays do not change the bimonthly program tuition rate.
In addition to the following forms, we will also need a copy of your child's latest physical (must be within 60 days), immunization records, a copy of their insurance card and a birth certificate if not already on file.

Payment Policy:
Tuition is always due by the last Wednesday of each month for the month in advance. A late fee of $15.00 will be added to the tuition payments received after the Wednesday due date. If tuition is not paid by the Friday of that week, services will terminate for the following week until tuition and late fees are paid in full.
Your tuition remains constant each month so we do not invoice.
Parents who have child care vouchers are expected to pay their co-pays on the second and last Wednesday of each month for the weeks in advance. Your co-pays remain constant so it is not necessary to invoice. If there is a change in your co-pay rate, you will be notified and payment is expected on time. The $15.00 late fee policy applies for outstanding co-payments. Refunds are not given for scheduled time that is not utilized.
